Creating desktop sticky notes
You can create a note by left double-click on the MoRUN.net Sticker tray icon or select Notes|New note in the MoRUN.net Sticker tray menu or press Ctrl+N. The number of desktop sticky notes you can create is limited in Administrative tools.
If you use low security level, you can create new desktop sticky notes without password.
If you need more security and you choose normal or high security level, you need a password to create a new sticky note for the certain account.
Default Settings
Each new desktop sticky note has a predefined size, appearance and title. Default settings for title and body can be modified independently of one another.
To access default settings, select Properties|Default settings in the MoRUN.net Sticker tray menu.
MoRUN.net Sticker includes many pre-defined notes' properties:
Title templates: using title templates you can choose date and time format and set up default title text.
Default title properties: font color, background color, font.
Default body properties: font color, background color, font, use default image as background.
Default note properties: size, priority, transparency, show attach panel, auto lock, use random colors for new note.
You can also define you own hotkeys combination.

Easy customization and editing
Customization
The appearance of desktop sticky notes is highly customizable. You can:
change size using zoom commands or manually;
vary the degree of sticky note transparency from 0% to 100%;
change title appearance (background color, font, font size, font color);
customize note's body (background color, font, font size, font color);
To customize a sticky note, right-click on the note and select the necessary item from the context menu.
Editing
To edit a sticky note you need to select it first. Editing is avaliable only for unlocked notes. Changes are saved automatically.
There are two things to edit. The first of them is the note's title and the second one is the note's body. To edit the title, select Title|Edit in the context menu to begin title editing. This will turn it into the edit mode where you can change title. To finish title editing, click on the finish title edit icon or press Enter or select Title|Finish title edit in the context menu. Editing is also stopped if you change note's parameters or click on the "Hide" or "Lock" icon.
For body editing select Body|Edit in the context menu or click on the note's body. The body will be ready for editing. If you want to finish body editing, click in any point of the screen. Undo/redo, copy/paste/cut/delete commands may be performed while editing.

Sendind notes
Sending sticky notes and reminders over LAN or the Internet
You can use MoRUN.net Sticker to send sticky notes to friends and colleagues over LAN or the Internet. The notes will appear on their desktop just as they were on yours. Before a note can be sent across over LAN or the Internet, you must specify the recipient using computer's name or IP address. To receive notes your friends and colleagues must have a copy of MoRUN.net Sticker or another MoRUN.net program* installed and running on their computers
*Sending/receiving notes feature is available in NotesPP 5.0, Secure Reminder 5.5, MoRUN.net Sticker 4.5 or higher versions
Sending notes via e-mail
Using MoRUN.net Sticker you can send notes via e-mail. The e-mail will be created using your default e-mail client. Recipient will receive your note in the form of letter with note's body inserted into the e-mail body and title as a subject. You can edit e-mail before sending.
Using MoRUN.net Sticker "Network Settings" you can set up if you want to receive all incoming notes, be asked about receiving a note every time somebody sends you a note, deny all incoming notes.

Safely store sticky notes information
MoRUN.net Sticker (sticky notes organizer) is a perfect tool for storing all your most sensitive and valuable information like passwords, logins, serial numbers, credit card and account numbers and other valuable information that needs protection.
The program encrypts all data with US Department of Defense approved 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm, guaranteeing that nobody but the rightful owner is going to get access to data stored with it.
MoRUN.net Sticker (notes organizer software) maintains three security levels (high, normal, low).
If you don't need high security you can choose a low security level: sticky notes are created by Guest account. You can create new sticky notes, work with locked notes or change Administrative tools without password.
If you need more security, you can choose normal or high security level. Varied access for different users(accounts) allows you to protect notes and reminders from unauthorized access:
Normal security level
The access to the program and desktop sticky notes is varied for different users (accounts). Each user requires its own password to access his/her notes. If you want to make changes in Administrative tools, you have to enter the administrative password. If number of notes for Guest account is not zero, any user is able to create new sticky notes by Guest account and work with Guest notes without password (Guest sticky notes have low security level).
High security level
This program security level is appropriate for one-person use. You can create desktop sticky notes only by admin account. To create new sticky notes and work with locked sticky notes, you have to know the password

Organize sticky notes in groups
Using MoRUN.net Sticker you can organize sticky notes and reminders in Groups according to their nature: to-do lists, addresses, accounts, etc. This feature prevents cluttering of notes on the desktop and lets you quickly and easily access any group of notes.

Automatically backup notes
If "Backup Notes on exit" option (in Administrative tools) is on, automatic notes database backup is made any time you exit the program or shut down/restart your PC. This protects your notes from system failures and lets your revert to an older version of your notes database when necessary.

Tray menu
MoRUN.net Sticker resides in the system tray that provides quick and easy access to desktop sticky notes and program options. The color of the MoRUN.net Sticker tray icon is different depending on if there are some hidden notes (red) or not (blue). Tray menu is accessible by right-clicking on the MoRUN.net Sticker tray icon.

Organizing sticky notes on the desktop
MoRUN.net Sticker is desktop sticky note organizer software for quickly recording information you want to remember without cluttering up your desk with scraps of paper.
Note's priority
Using MoRUN.net Sticker (notes organizer software) you can create and use sticky notes with different note's priorities (high, normal, low) to make your work with notes more convenient. Low priority sticky notes are hidden under other windows; hide icon is yellow  . Normal priority sticky notes are organized to keep standard Windows order; hide icon for such notes is green  . Sticky notes with high priority are always on the top, they have a red hide icon  .
Show/Hide a sticky note
To hide a sticky note, click on the hide icon or select Notes|Show/Hide in the MoRUN.net Sticker tray menu and select the note you want to be hidden. To show a sticky note, select Notes|Show/Hide in the tray menu and select the note you want to be shown.
If you want to activate a sticky note for editing, select Notes|Goto and select the note you want to work with.
Show all notes/Hide all notes
If you want to hide all desktop sticky notes that are currently displayed, open the MoRUN.net Sticker tray menu and select Notes|Show/Hide|Hide all or press Ctrl+H. To show all sticky notes, select Notes|Show/Hide|Show all in the tray menu or press Ctrl+S.
Show/Hide note's body
(For unlocked notes.) Notes can be minimized to save desk space by displaying only notes' titles.
To hide note's body, click twice on the title or select Title only in the context menu. If note's body is hidden, Title only in the context menu is marked with the check mark. To show note's body, click twice on the title or select Title only in the context menu.

Export/import desktop sticky notes database
Using export/import feature you can easily export/import desktop sticky notes database from one version to another or between different MoRUN.net products.

Restore feature
If Use Recycle Bin option is on, all deleted sticky notes are placed to the Recycle Bin and can be restored any time you want
