• I can't make sticky notes. What do I do to the change number of sticky notes I can create?

The maximum number of sticky notes users can create is limited in Administrative tools:
• low security level - max number of sticky notes for Guest account.
• normal security level - max number of notes for each account.
• high security level - max number of notes for Admin account.
If number of notes for Guest account is not zero, any user is able to create new sticky notes by Guest account.
